Project Overview
Splash Ai is an intelligent platform designed for sales teams and online tools for clients to analyze data. The primary motive for funding splash Ai was to recruit new clients for different events and conferences by the sales and support team. Users can upload data based on data type Splash analyzes and show different insights and suggestions. Splash Ai, support Spend, contract and brand analysis.
I joined as a Product Designer to build first MVP.
Problem
There are more than 20 micro products designed in opera solution, although all these solutions are from the same company there is no consistency in design, every team in ElectrifAi has a different color, a layout which is not useable for the sales team
Challenge
Our challenge was to design a dashboard and web application that can cover all mini products in the company such as spend and contracts and increase productivity for ElectrifAi consultants while they are presenting the company at events and conferences. The sales team believes that because each team has their own design and layout it confuses the clients
Goals
The goal is to firstly have a updated modern user interface and better user experience with products and secondly unify all mini solutions with one design and also, introducing other product to clients who already are using one of solutions

My approach as a designer was to collaborate with stakeholders and other team members to find the best solution.
Design Process
Understanding the users
I interviewed 2 consultants and 3 people from the sales team about their experience presenting the company’s products to current and new clients. After analyzing the interview data, I came to the following conclusions:
– users want to upload different data and see results.
– sometimes users do not have data samples.
– users can’t manage what they can’t measure.
– user struggle to manage to spend visibility across multiple ERPs or diverse business units.
– a lot of time users can’t make good decisions with bad data.
– till today, many crucial decisions are made based on complicated Excel pivot tables or months-old data.

– users are looking to streamline and automate their spending analysis process.
– Users don’t need more data but need more insights.
– need a dashboard that can help them make better decisions.
Persona
our end users are C-level people, since I did not have access to interview them I had a workshop with the sales team and support team to make the persona
Solution
A platform that meets the following three basic needs:
Spend Ai– Rapidly and precisely cleanse and categorize spend, including free-form invoice descriptions, to any taxonomy.
Contract Ai– Delivers compelling and disruptive brand experiences that grow and deepen intimacy with target customers.
Brand Ai – Delivers compelling and disruptive brand experiences that grow and deepen intimacy with target customers.

Ideation
Given sufficient information about the needs of users and interview results and features of existing systems, we decided to design a desktop app and connect the platform to the current system. This system will is creating a transparent and data-driven world based on reliable data. This help businesses build more sustainable partnerships with their suppliers.
I sketched the following ideas, and then I talked about them with stakeholders and other business team members.
